I am doing some research for a friend of mine. We are researching to see what people like you are after when looking for a website design company

1) Are you looking for Deals and discounts?
2) Are you looking for unique designs or templated websites?
3) Do you prefer to be contacted through call backs requests, Instant Chats, or through emails?
4) Are you after Managed services or unmanaged services?
5) Where do you look for a website design company? Google, yahoo, yell, word of mouth or through letters or leaflets?

If you can think of any other benefits that you be looking for please feel free to include them.

deals and discounts generally hide what your actually getting or not getting.

i would want examples of work
search engine optimisation built in, otherwise you could have the best looking website in the world, but no visitors.
an easy to manage interface so you can add updates yourself, rather than having to wait and pay for every small change to the site.

if you search in Google for web design the ones nearer the top will be the best as they must know SEO and how to get there site to the top of the search engine listings
